Uniform Logo Production Methods: What Information to Prepare Before Enquiry

Before adding a logo to uniforms, the most important thing is to ensure the supplier has the available artwork files, intended placement and estimated quantities. Clear production details help determine whether embroidery, screen printing or other methods suit the style and budget.

Provide clear brand files

We recommend providing original logo files that are clearly identifiable, and specifying any brand colours. If the logo has minimum size or clear‑space rules, include those as well.

Specify placement and quantities

Areas and fabric vary between chest, cuff, back and other placements, which affects how the logo will appear. Also provide the quantity required for each garment size so quotations can reflect actual production planning.

Keep production records before confirmation

The final specification should be based on the style, placement, sizes and colours confirmed by both parties. Retaining the same record for future reorders also helps maintain a consistent team image.
